About the Company:

With a strong nationwide presence, they empower global markets with the tools and knowledge needed for solar energy production.
They are currently seeking a Junior Finance Officer to join their team in Crestmead, QLD. This role is ideal for an entry-level finance professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Support with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Help identify and resolve basic invoicing issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing tax and compliance reports, including BAS/GST and payroll obligations.
- Participate in month-end reporting and financial audits as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and documents.
- Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a finance or accounting role (including internships) is desired.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus).
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
